Introduction

DealerGrid is a software platform for independent UK motor dealers. It supports dealership workflows including vehicle stock, enquiries, dealer websites and related operational processes.

Definitions

"DealerGrid", "we", "us" and "our" refer to DealerGrid as a product of Solworx Technologies Ltd. "Customer", "you" and "your" refer to the business or person using or evaluating the platform. "Platform" means the DealerGrid website, software, forms, tools and related services.

Use of the Platform

You may use DealerGrid for legitimate dealership operations and related business purposes. You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with service operation, or use it for unlawful, misleading or harmful activity.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of vehicle information, website content, pricing, imagery, customer communications and any data supplied to DealerGrid. Customers must ensure they have the right to provide and publish any content or data they upload or share.

Data Handling

DealerGrid is designed with GDPR-conscious lead capture and UK/EU data-aware architecture in mind. Data handling may include enquiry details, vehicle information, website content and operational records needed to provide the platform. Further information is available in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

DealerGrid, its branding, software, user interface, copy, components and platform structure are owned by or licensed to Solworx Technologies Ltd. Customer-provided content remains the responsibility of the customer, subject to the rights needed for DealerGrid to host, process and display it.

Availability and Service Changes

We aim to provide a reliable platform, but availability may be affected by maintenance, updates, third-party services, hosting providers, security work or operational changes. Features may be updated, improved, removed or changed as the platform develops.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DealerGrid and Solworx Technologies Ltd are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of sales, loss of business opportunity, data inaccuracies supplied by customers, or issues caused by third-party systems outside our control.

Third-Party Services and Integrations

DealerGrid may work with third-party services, feeds, APIs, exports or platforms where available and appropriate. Marketplace and third-party integrations depend on available access, partner approval, customer requirements and technical feasibility. References to third-party services do not imply endorsement, certification, partnership or active integration.

Termination

Access to DealerGrid may be suspended or ended if terms are breached, payment or commercial arrangements are not met, unlawful use occurs, or continued access creates operational, security or legal risk.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as DealerGrid develops or as legal, technical or operational requirements change. Updated terms will be published on this page or otherwise communicated where appropriate.
